Paradise

Simply: paradise.
Pelican Sands is a place that seems straight out of a fairytale. Your soul is filled with peace; it's wonderful. And Shelley, with her hospitality... what a wonderful person, what a big heart. I will always remember her, beautiful. Fantastic room, full of amenities. Kayaks are available; you can also go at night in those calm waters and catch a few things ☺️. Fantastic, wonderful, incredible. 100%. Thank you so much, Shelley.

The hot tub and view what more can you ask for!

This was the most gorgeous place to stay for our anniversary! The owners were lovely and the hot tub was amazing! I can’t wait to visit again

What a little gem of a hotel!!!

What a little gem of a hotel! Beautiful units right on the water, pelicans right out the front.
We stayed in the spa unit which was fantastic. The units are well equipped, very clean and beautifully decorated.
Shelley the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful.
It’s beautiful walk around Scamander, over the bridge down to the beautiful beach, wander back and coffee/lunch at Rivermouth Cafe. The local IGA has everything you need for cook in meal.

We loved Pelican Sands

We loved Pelican Sands in Scamander!
I loved the decor of the self contained accommodation and the location was superb. Steps to the beach with abundant bird life and this view from large glass doors and a relaxing deck. Shelly was very warm, helpful and friendly. We loved Tasmania and we have fond memories of Scamander. Highly recommend
