We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the odour you experienced during your stay. As part of our ongoing refurbishment program, some areas of the hotel have recently undergone carpet replacement and painting works. While these improvements are aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience, we understand that the associated smell may have been noticeable and detracted from your comfort.

Good Stay
The apartment is in close proximity to Penrith Railway Station, easier to commute to Sydney city.

We are genuinely disappointed to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take all guest feedback seriously, particularly when it relates to maintenance and operational concerns.
In relation to the parking arrangements, we would like to respectfully note that our parking configuration, including the availability of tandem and standard spaces, was communicated at the time of booking. As our property has a limited number of on-site parking spaces, we endeavour to allocate parking as fairly as possible and provide alternative options where available.
Regarding the maintenance concerns raised, we understand your frustration. However, we would also like to clarify that when these matters were brought to our attention during your stay, our management team took immediate action to investigate and address the reported issues. We always encourage guests to notify our team during their stay so that we have the opportunity to rectify concerns and improve their experience while they are still in-house.
That said, we acknowledge that some aspects of your stay fell short of the standards we aim to deliver, and for that we sincerely apologise. Your comments have been reviewed with both our management and maintenance teams to ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken.
