Would not recommend staying on a Friday or Saturday night. The hotel turns into a club and runs until around 3am.

Noisy no sleep

Good location but DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE AT ALL INTERESTED IN SLEEP

Would Not Recommend

While the location is great and conveniently close to the beach, that's unfortunately where the positives end.
As a non-smoker, I found the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. The windows were also blocked off, making the room feel more like a jail cell than a hotel room, with no fresh air or natural outlook.
To make matters worse, there was loud thumping music that continued until around 6:00 am. The strange part was that there didn't even appear to be anyone at the venue, so there was no reason for the music to be blasting all night. Getting a decent night's sleep was impossible.
The customer service was equally disappointing. Reception somehow locked us out of our room before the official checkout time. When we went to ask why, the staff member simply looked at their watch and said, "Is it 10 am yet?" rather than apologising or helping resolve the issue professionally. When we eventually checked out, no one asked how our stay had been or showed any interest in customer feedback.
To top it all off, a week after checking out, my $100 security bond still hadn't been refunded. When I called to enquire, I was told they were "behind on refunds" and that they had to process them manually. This shouldn't be the customer's problem, and holding onto guests' money for over a week without any communication is unacceptable.
Overall, despite the excellent location, the poor room conditions, excessive noise, lack of customer service, and delayed refund made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Beware of fraudulent charges

I stayed in April 2025 and since then have had fraudulent charges repeatedly on the cards I used for the hotel booking and restaurant. I have called, emailed and requested that the data held by me by the hotel be removed from their databases to prevent ongoing fraudulent charges and bookings. On the phone my request was dismissed and not actioned. This is now a matter with the bank and Federal Police.
