Location great, very very small rooms, hotel has no facilities
The room was disappointing. It was so small there wasn’t a place in the shower room to put anything. The sink is in the separate toilet, yet as you go to sit on the toilet you bump the sink.
There was 2 hooks for clothes in a very small recess in the wall. Enough to hang my coat and nothing else.
To get heat you have to ask reception to make adjustments to the system which you have no control over.
The plug near the mirror is under the bedside cabinet, so not easy to access.
There is no where to get a drink or eat but you do have a kettle in your room…yet the rooms only place to sit is the bed
On the plus side the hotel staff were polite and friendly

Terrible experience
As we were staying in Chinatown near the restaurants they would get there deliveries in the middle of the night and the workers would talk at the top of their voices and lights flashing. Also outside my room was the loading zone which operates 24 hours so for a week I got no sleep
The other major issue in the room was to get to the bedroom there was a step and to get into the bathroom there was another step. Very dangerous. You need to put up a warning sign about the steps as my friend and I nearly tipped over
