Everything was great! We could heat up some food and make some coffee, they left us milk in the fridge. We had hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for the 3 of us! Delightful stay!

Shocking!

For the price of this hotel it is shocking! Over 400 dollars for a horrendous experience. The sinks were dirty, stained. Doors cracked, dead spiders, rusty doors and previous guests hairs. Not only that but the other guests seem to have no respect, noises all night banging shouting people going to the pool which is supposed to shut at “8 pm” and the staff do nothing about it. Not to mention the booking systems is ridiculous and hard to do. Overall horrendous experience wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!

You'll love it here!

What an unexpectedly enjoyable stop over.
Staying overnight while transiting.
The facilities were super clean, well appointed and splendid value for money.
Great location too!
The best part of the trip was the lady who checked me in. She was friendly with a smile and also directed me to where the closest restaurants were.
It was a pleasant change from the usual check in no emotion type exchange far too frequent these days. I could tell this lady genuinely cared and wanted my visit to me the most comfortable end enjoyable.

DO NOT STAY HERE

There is absolutely nothing even close to good about this hotel. It is old, run down, falling apart, the rooms smell and the staff are impolite, unaccomodating and inconsiderate of guests.
They knowingly shut the hot water off in tge morning, while my wife was in the shower. I rushed to the office to inform them of a problem and they made zero effort to restore the hot water.

Winter Getaway

Ideally located within walking district of center of the City. Terrific view of Castle Rock.
Room a little of the small side, although close to the Pool, located on the city side.
Comfy bed and Toilet/Bathroom facilities good.
Highly recommeded.
