Beautiful Location

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was large and beautifully furnished! Was close to the beach, pier and amazing coffee next door. And concerns, Ari was quick to sort it out for us. I will definitely return next time we visit Hervey Bay!

There are better places to stay

Run down dirty apartment, photos speak for itself, you showered and had to wipe the floor upon getting out as the ridiculous screen there was doing nothing. Shower needs some sort of safety rail to assist in getting in and out.
Mould on the ceilings and clearly care factor zero the pegs wow they couldn’t even spare to replace them. Such a dirty overpriced apartment.
Would not say that Ari was pleasant upon arrival. Owners of the complex/ apartment need to find new management and also spend some money to fix the place.
Overpriced for a very run down apartment, should you book avoid room 4.
The grounds outside were not even clean.
Would not stay at SANTALINA again or would recommend to anyone.

I would happily live here

Really enjoyed our stay here. Extremely nice, spacious, fully equipped apartment with an amazing view over the ocean from the balcony.
Also, a big shout out to Ari at front desk who helped us arrange some wonderful excursions during our visit (K'gari and whale watching); her understanding of our needs was second to none; It was a joy to stay here. Only downside is the incredibly small car park. I would suggest trying to find parking elsewhere

Extremely Disappointing Experience when accommodation double booked our 2 units!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this accommodation service. Despite having paid in full for my reservation (2x two bedroom sea view units), upon arrival, I was informed that they had double-booked and, as a result, my accommodation was canceled without any prior communication. Then stated that I must have cancelled the booking on the same day that I paid in full and received confirmation of payment. Very odd!
This lack of transparency and disregard for customer convenience left 2 families travelling together stranded without any alternative arrangements. The complete absence of communication and the subsequent inconvenience were not only frustrating but also reflect poorly on the reliability of this service. They claimed I had cancelled, yet kept the full cost of moneys paid until we arrived on the day and then said they would sort out a refund! I did not receive a cancelled email or any communication stating they had cancelled my fully paid for accommodation.
I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering this accommodation provider, as my experience was far from satisfactory.

ave accom in good location

average rooms a few stairs to our 2 bedroom apartment. ok pool no spa. close to restaurants on main esplanade. near pier. master bed small and uncomfortable the shower very basic. no curtains just blinds basic facilities. close to pier and a few eateries nearby.
