Staff were very informative, efficient and helpful when I needed them. Rooms were clean and comfortable and shower was amazing! Very close to all amenities and centrally located. Area and motel was surrounds were quiet.

It was well above average for the price. It is a motel that has been upgraded. The rooms were large, clean, and one could tell they had invested in upgrading the amenities. Location was optimal for Victor Harbour. Close to the jetty and the central pubs but there was supermarket around the corner. Good value in a fantastic part of SA

Disgusting nasty horrible lawsuit coming

Customer service is absolutley disgusting and i am taking them to court due to unfair dismissal, over charging and downright unlawful service.
3 weeks later still trying to charge for a night i didnt stay- their system failrd to notify them i messaged 2 numbers yet im at fault?!
Also claiming i ran a illegal business- i tun a massage business yet im a escort? Wow.
Tilly is downright horrible, nasty and i hope pan co loose guests from this.
The room was unfinished in renovations and no toilet paper in bathroom. Beds were stained and walls need a clean.
Gross. Horrible. Never stay here. They overcharge!

Room was updated and clean. Close to shops, cafes, and sights.
Staff where friendly and we had our towles and bathroom cleaned daily.
Large fridge to keep food in and a bbq and cute seating area on sight.
The main downfall was that we had cutlery, plates, glasses etc to use but no sink to clean them in.

Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom and amenities. Staff were very welcoming and check-in was quick. Would love to come back.
