Great resort

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The spa bath was very relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge, convection micro wave oven, hot plates and dishwasher.
The adjoining hot springs look fantastic but unfortunately at 36 to 40 degrees I couldn't use them.

Our stay was amazing, we’ve came to the Deep Blue on second time, as always everything was more than excellent, staff members, room, clean room and all hotel facilities. The Hot spring thermal session at 7.30pm it was unbelievable under stars ✨ we have slept like babies. Can’t wait to come again Many thanks to the Deep Blue Team who made our stay enjoyable.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean and spacious. The hot springs are amazing especially the early morning or evening sessions . The salt room is very relaxing, as is the sauna and geothermal hot pool. I was very disappointed with the spa treatment, worst massage I've ever had. Maybe look elsewhere for treatments.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was staff are friendly clean, I like the comfortable bed and the room was well presented making it easy to relax after a long day. While I appreciated the quality, I did feel the price was a bit higher than the room and overall experience warranted. Still It was a pleasant stay specially the hot spring.

Clean comfortable and close to the beach

I stayed here to enjoy the hot springs and appreciated being able to walk straight down to the springs with ease. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with the grey and aqua room decor giving a wellness vibe. It's a good 4 star hotel and I would stay here again if visiting the hot springs was my priority.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The hot springs themselves adjoin the hotel but are priced separately per session, with hotel guests getting a 10% discount and a towel provided for free.
The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and walking track. The town is a fair distance, but walkable and there's a bus if you don't have a car like me.
I was on the third floor looking out towards the sea, but it's not a brilliant view, really just a glimpse of the water along with the car park, buildings and skate park. I've uploaded photos of my view standing on the balcony, and the best view you can get sitting inside. It's nice to hear the crash of the waves though.
My only criticism is that it would be nice if they had some more basic light food options on the room service menu since there are few other dinner options nearby in the evening unless you have a car. I ended up resorting to Uber eats.
