Wonderful stay!
Everything you would want is present in the room. Very authentic and cosy with a nice view on the surrounding mountains.
We booked breakfast and never regretted this! The breakfast is fairly simple but in all means delicious!!! Petra (the lady of the house) always tries to bring some variety: bakes the bread herself every day, provides a range of local cheeses and meats, can foresee fresh eggs from the "house owned chickens", has a fresh juice or smoothie ready every day, ... . She also takes into account any special requests (allergy, intolerance, ...). She has experience with vegetarian and vegan so no problem in that area.
Her husband, Max, is a "Schnitzer". He can provide courses and information. He also helps out in the house in any way he can. When our car broke down on the day we were to leave, he regularly had contact with the garage, drove me there and back, even offered my wife and me to use his car when we had to stay another night (which was no problem at all).
Our dog, a seriously grown but very playful labrador, was very welcome. There are many acres of fields just opposite from the house to take walks and many mountain hikes well suited for walks with the dog. Petra and Max will always advise when needed.
I can write another 1000 words about this place easily. No negative remarks at all! It was simply perfect!
We will be back for sure!

Super-schöner Urlaub
Das Frühstück war wundervoll, mit frischer, neuer Marmelade jeden Tag, wechselnden Wurst- und Käseplatten, frischem Obst und Gemüse, eigenen Eiern und immer genug frischgebackene Brötchen, dass man sich etwas mitnehmen konnte. Petra selbst ist unglaublich nett, man bekommt auch super Tipps zur Gestaltung von Tagesausflügen. Würde jederzeit sofort wiederkommen.
Der Ort ist klein aber fein, für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man einen Ort weiter, geht aber dank der Lechtalkarte ja kostenlos, zu Fuß ist es auch nicht zu weit.
Die Umgebung ist atemberaubend, man kann vom Ort aus direkt den ersten Berg (Jöchelspitze) besteigen, ab 2020 voraussichtlich auch wieder mit der Seilbahn. Rad fahren kann man dank der Tallage auch super. Für Abenteuerlustige empfehle ich E-Mounainbike-Fahrten in die Berge. Die Bikes kann man sich im Nachbarort ausleihen.
