Great apartment

Positive:
Nice , decent apartment, clean and a great location. With sauna and ski room.
Dishwasher tablets and tea towels provided.
Near the ski lift and center.
Negative:
We had a 6 person apartment.
Shortage of kitchen tools, such as spoons, no knives (bread, peel and carving knives).
No toaster no citrus press, the coffee filter holder was not in the coffee machine.
Explaining how the sofa bed works would also be helpful.

Good location but sparsely with inventory

The apartments have a good location and are fine furnished, but it is very sparsely with furniture especially in the kitchen. Really bad panes, no plate in the oven, no peeling knife or grinding iron, no proper cutting board and sloppy knives. There are no wipes and clothes to the kitchen and there are no basic things like salt, pepper, hand soap, garbage bags and dishwasher
3 lamps/light bulbs do not work.

Excellent hotel, excellent location

Just returned from an 8 days holiday with my children, in Austria.
Stayed during the whole trip in HAPPY FLACHAU.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment.
The bedrooms are big and comfortable, there are two showers and two toilets - one of each attached to the master bedroom.
the living room is huge, contains a large dining table with attached sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with all you need - coffe machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer. plates, cups, bowls, pots...everything..
there is one washing machine and one drier which serve all the apartments.
A supermarket in the vicinity open from 8 am.
FLACHAU is well located, an hour drive from SALTZBURG, about 30 to 90 minutes drive to many must see destinations (ice cave in WERFEN, HALLSTAT lake, GOSAU lake, lichtenstein clam , ZELL AM SEE, GROSSGLOCKNER glacier and many many more..)
Sonia - the owner - was charming and helpful
p.s. there's a possibility to take horse riding lessons and ride horses in a near by farm who belongs to the same owners.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again in the near future

Cozy, great location, great hosts

Our journey to Austria included the extended family: grandparents, three Couples and six grandchildren From one to 13. Happy Flachau was the perfect place for us. Rooms are equipped exactly as we needed, kitchen, washing machine, convenient parking. Very convenient location, walking distance from a bakery and a short drive to a large supermarket. Hostess, Petra, helped us with all that we wanted, and was charming and gracious.

Pleasent and well located

We were staying in a 3 bedrooms apartment ( 2 badrooms apart. is also available0. , including a well equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The apartment is new, spacious and clean.
Parking just outside the building.
The apartment is located at the center of Flachau, very close to a nice playground (kids loved it and we spent some evenings there).
Also close is a nice bakery, open early in the morning and restaurants.
