A wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Gut Vögeihof in Forstau. The apartment is not only very cozy and well equipped, but also absolutely clean and well maintained – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is fantastically quiet.
A special thank you goes to our host Leonard Ortner. He is an incredibly hardworking, warm and loving person who takes care of his guests with a lot of commitment. You can tell that he runs his farm and the accommodation with passion – this makes the stay very special.
We will definitely come back and can recommend the Vögeihof without restriction!

Wonderful stay, only a few guests, excellent activities for the children

We stayed 1 week at this pension but next time I would stay longer. The area is beautiful, there are a lot of great hikes, mountains, fishinh areas...
The hotel is not the most luxureous, but the family is very very friendly. The food is good, even when we caught forellen the lady prepared them for us at dinner. We had a two bedroom/ensuite room. I would like to pay a bit more for coffee/tea facilities in the room and for the use of a washing machine and dryer, but furthermore it was good and clean.
But the farm activities for the kids are simple, but great: baking bread, butter, milking contest on a wooden cow, jumping in the hay shed, feeding the animals, night walk, fishing trip to the family's pond....
Wonderful location, execellent pricing.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche mit der Familie im Vogeihöf verbracht (Kinder 9 + 13 Jahre) und fanden es wunderbar. Das Apartment war großzügig, neu renoviert und super ausgestattet, der Saunabereich ist ein Traum, das Frühstück lecker und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und um seine Gäste bemüht. Tip Top Sauber ist es auch noch und die Tiere für die Kinder ein großer Spaß.
