Super hotel with is good located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants close by. Amazing breakfast. See you soon

Unpleasant receptionist, ignoring guests, and disrespectful treatment

My girlfriend and I are both Radisson Rewards VIP members, and we are very disappointed with how this hotel treated us. Breakfast was good and the room itself was fine, but that's where the positives end. When my girlfriend asked about an early check-in at the front desk, the receptionist was rude to her. Before our stay, the hotel confirmed in writing by email that VIP members receive a welcome card, a small chocolate, and early chcek in/check out if available. We received none of this at check-in, and our VIP status wasn't even acknowledged by the front desk. We followed up by email afterward asking about it, and the hotel simply never replied. Promising something in writing and then not delivering it — and then ignoring your guests when they follow up — is a total lack of respect for the guest. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Rom is nice, nice location and everything is clean but idk I felt little bit off because I speak English or so idk just felt like not welcoming but everything is really good there expect for the staff

Very nice hotel. Rooms are okay with very good bedding.
The hotel weakest point is the duration of the check-in. This is something they need to improve.

So comfortable beds, we slept so good which was thankful since we were on the road from Croatia. Quite rooms. Breakfast staff was extremly friendly and I got nice help asking what I could eat since I have celiaci. Good variety on breakfast. The coffee from the machines was surprisingly great, which is usually rare so thumbs up for that.
City centre is a short walk away. We visited Der stier restaurant which is also wonderful. Super friendly town and serviceminded people. Overall we had a wonderful one night short stay in Graz and will definitely visit again next year.
