The best hotel of our trip

Wow what a fantastic place. We are a family of four with 2 young children and all really enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t fancy staying right in the city of Salzburg so chose to stay at Berghof Graml in Hallwang which is a 10/15 minute bus ride into town. The views from the balcony were amazing, the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. We were looked after so well and were sad to leave.

More Like A Pension Than A 3* Hotel, But Acceptable

Average hotel breakfast is provided, trays are refilled: they do not run out of food. Whatever was served tasted good, but there is no wide choice. First floor rooms have a large (shared) terrace, though there is an uncared-for patio below. On the third night of our stay, a new team of guests was unbearably loud and no one came to warn them that other guests were being disturbed. The restaurant is separate from the hotel, you cannot pay you lunch and dinner bills together with the room. Also, the restaurant is not a top-class one.

CLEAN BIG ROOMS!!

This was one of the 5 different rooms we had in Europe on our 11 day stay and it was just perfect. By far the biggest room we had, with great balcony, great breakfast, easy to find location and nice little restaurant and bar. Super friendly people. Our balcony on the back overlooked Salzburg and was a great place to relax. Definitely would stay here again!! I

Couple of nights

Back in Austria with the coach again.....
The rooms are very nice,very clean and it’s handy for Salzburg.In all honesty with groups it is a one night stop and for that it’s ideal.
They do seem to let themselves down with their food and breakfast offerings
In Welsh there is a saying,nid da lle gellir gwell

Fieldtrip

Well, we got here on a field trip, and from what I experienced it wasn't the best, it wouldn't be my choice on hotels where I would like to stay.
The rooms weren't that bad, they had enough space and the balcony was quite large, the bathrooms were excellent too with a nice bathtub.
The food was just decent during dinner and breakfast wasn't the best, there was so little choice of food to eat and the beds weren't very comfortable.
