Unforgettable ski holiday with children
The ski holiday was unforgettable. The ski school worked perfectly and the service of the shuttle brought enormous relief. The little daughter was at the kids club and loved it there. So the parents could be on the slopes for 4 hours a day, then relax and eat very delicious food as well as spend the afternoon together with the children sledging and winter hiking. In the evening, the whole family was taken care of with an outstanding menu. While kids were playing at the Lengiclub, there was one course after another for the parents. An all-round successful holiday with repeat needs.

A great stay at the Lengauer hof
We have just returned from an excellent week at this fabulous hotel. we stayed there 20+ years ago and it was very nice to be back. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was delicious, a very varied buffet breakfast with hot and cold choices and lovely crispy bacon! The evening meals were fabulous, some of the best holiday food we have ever had. Bar prices also very reasonable.
The ski bus stops just outside the hotel with a very regular service to town and the slopes so no need for a car if you are skiing. Access to the ski system at the Hochalmbahn is less than 10 minutes down the road and it's a quiet way into the system with minimal queues.
The rooms were very quiet and comfortable with no sound from adjacent rooms. Always plenty of hot water. The ski room has everything you need and we enjoyed the wellness facilities. Robert and his staff looked after us all very well, sorting out ski passes and the gluten free options for one of our party were very good. All in all we had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back.

Absolutely outstanding hotel with superb food
The hotel is fabulous.
The food was the best we have had in over 20 years of ski-ing in the Alps.
My gluten free options were outstanding and included my own special GF snacks at the bar. Robert, together with his wife, are delightful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble.
Although situated at the end of the valley, it was so easy to take the ski-bus which ran every 20 minutes. We always had a seat at the beginning and the end of each day.
We used the sauna each evening which was nice.
The hotel is so quiet.

Ski season magic! A true family gem and a must for the winter season.
Fantastic hotel at the end of the Saalbach - Hinterglemm valley. Well connected by free ski bus to all ski lifts in the region and a real family feel from all who work at the hotel
Accommodation.
We booked for 3 adults and 1 baby and arrived to be provided with 2 rooms (joining) with 2 bathrooms and a small communal space. Traditionally Austrian by style 2,double beds and all very clean / serviceable.
Catering
Half board (Halbpension). Simply excellent! The food was restaurant standard every night with a fixed menu (choice of main) - literally every meal was a joy! Breakfast well supplied continental with fresh cooked eggs available
Kids Club (included)
We travelled with a 20 month old who had never before been in crèche. This was difficult and the staff managed her very well - even when upset. The facilities are excellent - great indoor play areas, closed off changing area and lots to do
Welcome & Staff
Multiple languages spoken by all staff (for us English / German) all very friendly and Robert (or Joseph if you want to get it wrong) was a pleasure to talk with - the team are there to help you and you know they will do anything for you

great hotel for family trips and couples
friendly staff, great dinner, good location close to the ski area. reliable ski bus that departs from the hotel, ski locker with heating and pin code.
rooms are comfortable, clean, everything is provided.
