Perfect stay.... Will definitely come back!

The hotel is well located with mountains view, room was spotless, spacious and had a balcony which was a perfect spot for having your coffee. So many sloaps around for beginners and experienced one, easy to get by bus or trams. Staff was lovely, polite and friendly, in special Patricia one of the waitress which she would go miles away for making our experience special. Thanks everyone for offering us a great stay!

Not Professional

I give this 2 out of 5 stars because they didn’t rectify their mistake.
My mother turned 60 and we asked for att champagne.
They didn’t have champagne but said they give us another bottle that’s similar. Asked 80 euro for it.
It turned out to be a cheap bottle that cost 10 euros.
Here comes where they did wrong.
We figured out their mistake (let’s say it was a mistake) they confess that they took the wrong bottle.
We got money back but… they still charged us 20 euros for the bottle and only gave us back 60 euro.
This is not professional. You did a mistake. Own up to the mistake and give us the money back.
I hope they read this and learn how to run a serious business.

NOT A 4 STAR BUT STILL SUFFICIENT

Hotel on the outskirts of Innsbruck in a very quiet location.
Parking included.
Good room and large enough with a great bathroom and an additional toilet room.
Whirlpool bath and shower.
In the room THERE IS NO GLASS.
Cute outdoor swimming pool.
Breakfast decidedly INSUFFICIENT.
The breakfast rooms are insufficient and there is a lot of noise and confusion.
Staff unfortunately not kind; it is a huge flaw and should NEVER happen.
Cost of the room I would say fair.

Charlotte hotel Innsbruck

The hotel is in a quite place and the window view is very nice.All the city hotels were pricey and fully booked.It is an old property maintained by the owner.It is well maintained and rooms are neat and clean.Don’t expect anything fancy here like modern hotels but would recommend this for a cosy and quiet place.Tram no 3 every 15 minutes goes from near the hotel.Hotel connectivity to main town is just a 10 minutes distance by tram.If you have a car then enough parking place.Shampoo and towel given ,with cleaning done everyday.This hotel provides only breakfast and bar facility for beer and wine. There is one local restaurant near the hotel where you can enjoy local drinks and food.

Bad experience

We stayed in this structure die giorni.Albergo 4 stars but absolutely not corresponding to the received service.Allle 8 breakfast already missing desserts apart from a slice of tiramisù.Cena unproposable and wine not comprehended.We asked for half a liter of white house: undrinkable and the modest figure of 11 euro.Per the next evening and with the desire to taste a good local wine, we allowed ourselves to bring a bottle.The rude and unrestrained staff, you were allowed to take away from the table the glasses just filled! Never seen such a thing! We had estimated that the extreme simplicity of the structure (table set without either a tablecloth or a mat even paper, soap with dispenser already used by previous guests etc), we would allow it.Shame!! We will never return again.
