Great location, good facilities

Ds is a modern house with spacious apartments and a very nice wellness area. The location is very good as house is close to the lift and the cross-country ski trails. The care of the host bones was also excellent.

Visiting Pertisau? Stay here!

The apartment was clean, spacious, had a pleasant balcony, large comfy bed and all the other amenities you will need. Laundry facilities also available. The sauna, gym and wellness centre was a bonus. Silvia gave us a warm welcome when we arrived after a long day hiking. Excellent host, wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Cosy house in a prime location

The whole house exudes a wonderful peace and security . Everything furnished of the best quality . We had booked the "Opal" over Christmas. Perfect size for six adults and one child. The kitchen is well equipped and the tiled stove gives a cosy atmosphere. Small fine sauna area , parking with E charging station in front of the house . Karwendelbahn and the town of Pertisau within walking distance . The owner is extraordinarily friendly .

One of the best

This one of the best hotels in the area.. Definitely will be back... Lovely and very supportive staff.. Great area.. The place is update and has everything you need..
You need a car while your are in city. the lake is about 10-15 mintues walk.

Beautiful, modern, spacious apartment

Usually, when you see photos of hotel rooms that look spacious, clean and with an inviting interior design, you should lower your expectations in order not to be disappointed upon arrival. In this case it was the opposite. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was even more spacious and beautiful than expected. Stunning views of the lake and the Karwendel mountains. A well equipped and modern kitchen. 2 balconies with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. Conveniently located to explore the surrounding mountains and the lake. Great service including the "Brötchenservice" that delivers fresh bread and rolls right to your door in the morning. The fitness center was small but well equipped and unfortunately we didn't get a chance to explore that nice spa/sauna area because it was to hot to feel the need for it. We had a great time and I can only recommend staying at this hotel/apartment house.
