Again and again

Helpful and friendly owner, friendly and family atmosphere, great location in quiet place, tranquility , nature , mountain view, large bed, parking right in front of the house,Very clean room. I am already 2 times and always come back "to recommend "

Wonderful holiday

What a lovely place to spend the holidays. Very spacious apartments with modern amenities. Everything is done to perfection and the friendly owners are ready for their guests every day. There is also plenty to do and do in the area outside the season. This is an accommodation to come back for sure.

Friendly, homely, great value

I stayed from 18/12 to 27/11 2019
Monika and Christian were very welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful.
I stayed in room 4 which has views over the mountains from the bedroom window (and you can glimpse the Achensee) from the balcony you face the house next door but you can also see the street and across to the mountains over the back.
The bed was very comfortable and there is also sofa, tv, small table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower (no bath)
Breakfast is a feast of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, tea, coffee and juice. A great start to the day
Haus Kirchmaier is perfectly placed for the bus as the stop is a few metres down the road, and it’s a 10 min walk to the lake.
There are so many places to go and things to do and see.
I highly recommend staying here, as I will be again.

A life long ambition finally fulfilled.

My husband and I came to Pertisau to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I have wanted to come here since the age of 12 when I started reading the Chalet School series by Elinor Brent Dyer. She chose to base her imaginary school in Pertisau, aka Briesau in the books. It has totally live up to my expectations for beauty, calm, sunshine, friendliness..... our accommodation has been first class and our hosts really helpful and charming. Kristin especially speaks very good English which has helped a lot as our German is quite poor. Our room is clean, comfortable and has stunning views from the balcony. Lake Achen is 10 minutes down the hill. It is very beautiful with turquoise coloured water. We were given free bus passes for the whole area around the lake including Achenkirch at the other end. There is a great rack and pinion steam train from nearby Jenbach to Seespitz. Well worth doing. We did lots of walking. Up to some of the surrounding Alms, most of which have traditional guesthouse type restaurants serving wonderful food and drink, usually served by people dressed in alpine clothes. It has been a wonderful holiday and we would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in February 2017 lovely accommodation and lovely owners who couldn't do enough for us, will definitely return in the future and would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful village with stunning scenery
