We visited Vienna for three nights and had a lovely stay. The area is clean and feels very safe. The location is conveniently located to the train station and the yellow line of the hop on hop off bus (part of the Vienna Pass which I would recommend). There are plenty of restaurants in the area and our taxi driver said there is amazing international cuisine. The room was large and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was very spacious too which was great. The room is air conditioned and the windows open. There are blackout curtains which were very nice. The building was very quiet, no disturbances whatsoever. My only “complaint” is the WIFI. It was quite slow, we couldn’t stream a show without it buffering every few minutes. Other than that it was amazing.

We didn’t have great experience with Adina apartments. The reception staff member was clearly very stressed and over worked constantly telling other guests to go back in the queue, the check in process was quite lengthy, we had no reply about the pool-message was sent prior to arrival and it was question about pool access.
There are other Adina apartments in Vienna which was causing confusion with some guests and kept reception staff busy trying to explain where other apartments were.
Access to pool was with extra charge which we found extreme - 55 euros for family of 4 which felt unfair because this property was advertised with “pool access.” It was in the other Adina apartment though so no pool access where we stayed.
Kitchen was equipped with basics but extra kitchen utensils were available in the box for hire which was 25 euros.
Otherwise, Adina Apartments were conveniently located near train station and receptionists were extremely helpful pointing out the main sightseeing routes.

Very nice apartment ,close to train station ,kitchenette is fine but only basic utensils provided you need to pay an extra €25 for a comprehensive set .

Well located apartment
We recently stayed for 8 nights at Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna and, overall, had a pleasant experience, especially because of the excellent location.
The biggest advantage is the location. The property is less than a 5-minute walk from Vienna Hauptbahnhof (HBF), which made it an ideal base for our trip as we travelled extensively throughout eastern Austria while staying in Vienna. There are also several supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy groceries without having to walk long distances.
The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large by European standards.
However, there were a few drawbacks that affected our stay. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of an in-room iron. There is only one iron available per floor, so if another guest is using it, you have to wait until it is returned. For a serviced apartment, this wasn't very practical.
Laundry facilities were also limited. With only three washing machines and dryers serving approximately 135 apartments, we often had to stay up late at night just to do our laundry.
The kitchenette was another disappointment. The bench space is very small, making it unsuitable for proper meal preparation. It's adequate for simple meals, but not for anyone planning to cook regularly. Although we paid an extra €25 for the kitchen pack, it was missing basic utensils such as teaspoons, a vegetable peeler, and a grater. Because of this, despite planning to cook most of our meals, we ended up eating out most days.
Finally, the air conditioning could not be set below 22°C. During a summer heatwave, this made the apartment warmer than we would have liked.
Overall, Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna is a great choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location close to Vienna HBF. However, if you plan to cook or do your laundry regularly, be aware of the limitations.

Great experience
Very nice hotel in a modern and very beautiful neighborhood of Vienna. It is close to some sights such as the Belvedere Palace, some markets and the train station. However, it is further away from the central tourist part of Vienna (about 30 to 40 minutes on foot, 10 to 15 minutes by public transport, which, by the way, is great). The receptionists were very friendly and removed doubts quite calmly. View from the room to very beautiful and modern buildings. It has a small kitchen and plenty of room space. The cleaning, however, was not done while we were there (I believe it was only every 5 days, I'm not sure). Still, clean room when we arrive. Well functional, modern, simple decoration and ok. It is well worth it for cost benefit, considering that other similar hotels were much more expensive.
