Very nice and clean

We spent time here with friends because we had a football tournament in Vienna, it was very nice and clean and top place. I RECOMMEND!!

Scarce food and staff

School group of 33 people, we stayed in the facility for three nights. Adequate rooms, rude and uneducated staff. Bad food for dinner, breakfast acceptable. The student rooms were never cleaned, towels were not changed, baskets were not emptied, toilet paper was not provided. The boys had to go down to reception and ask for what was missing.

UNIVERSAL DISASTER!

We “stayed” for the fifth trip for 3 nights in this hotel if you can define it as such. We assume that there was only CHECK OUT of “ALLEGRO” because:
1) very inedible food (frozen cakes, salad full of dirty and uncut water, garlic and spices everywhere and if you have intolerances or anything else do not provide information about food because they do not know it either
2) they had provided us with an hour to eat dinner but after less than half an hour they kicked us out because other classes belonging to other trips had arrived
3) during dinner, a rather rude and rude employee, allowed herself to open and enter a room of some of our companions throwing without caution all their belongings outside the door (including suitcases) screaming a few inches from the face of our companions that they had to leave immediately because the room had to be occupied by other people unknown to us
4) the rooms we were assigned were passed as rooms for 5 people... actually there was 1 double bed, 1 sofa and 2 short cots, uncomfortable and with broken slats
5) at night, a hotel employee wandered around the hotel who stopped the boys in the corridors forcing them to spit out the number of rooms from their mouths and then deduct the money from the deposit (SPOILER: they did everything to keep our money)
6) rather rude and rude staff, with prejudices towards us Italians and derision
!!!STAY AWAY FROM YOUR HEALTH!!!
