Un sacco di fascino, ottima posizione.
Ho trascorso una settimana qui a novembre. L'hotel era affascinante con ammeties moderne e alcuni vecchi - tocchi di tempo. Ho adorato la grande chiave della stanza in ottone! Ho colpito un periodo davvero freddo e ho apprezzato che la mia camera spaziosa era calda. Il letto era accogliente e confortevole. La colazione aveva una buona varietà. La posizione è ottima - a pochi passi dalla maggior parte dei posti che volevo andare, ma con una fermata della metropolitana sul blocco. Il personale era cordiale e accomodante.

Ottima posizione ma ha bisogno di migliorare il servizio a colazione
Punti positivi: posizione molto comoda - facile da raggiungere a piedi un sacco di luoghi e proprio da una stazione della metropolitana - due fermate a Stephansplatz. Il personale della reception è disponibile. Doppi vetri è buono e tiene fuori il rumore della strada.
Punti negativi: camera stanca in particolare che la porta del bagno era danneggiata dall'acqua e non si chiudeva. Rumore proveniente dall'interno dell'hotel: l'ascensore nelle vicinanze pinging, pareti piuttosto sottili in modo da poter sentire la stanza vicina a volte,
Per un quattro stelle, spero in un accappatoio e un po’ d’acqua. Stranamente c'erano delle pantofole usa e getta.
La colazione era nel seminterrato e non proprio allietato dalla musica di valzer piped. Il problema principale non era abbastanza personale per rifornire gli oggetti. Panini erano buoni, bello avere uova sode a disposizione. Salmone affumicato adorabile il giorno che era lì. Il succo sembrava provenire da un pacchetto e la macedonia era insipida. Anche costantemente a corto di tazze per il tè.

Regarding breakfast, we regret that the service and atmosphere were not to your satisfaction. Your remarks about staff availability, the quality of the fruit and juices, and the variety of items are very valuable to us. Buona posizione ok hotel
Mi piace molto la posizione di questo posto. Proprio vicino alla linea della metropolitana una fermata dalla stazione ferroviaria e una fermata dal teatro dell'opera. Il personale è cordiale e il quartiere è tranquillo. Il mio unico problema è che la stanza è come fare un passo indietro nel tempo di circa 60 anni. La porta della doccia è una sfida da usare e la decorazione è retrò. Guarda le mie foto.
L'altra cosa è che questo posto usa ancora il vecchio sistema di chiavi in cui si dà la chiave alla reception. Quando si torna basta chiedere la chiave del numero della camera. Non c'è nessun controllo che tu sia la persona che dovrebbe essere in quella stanza. Potrebbe essere un problema di sicurezza. Anche perché si tratta di un sistema di chiavi, è necessario utilizzare la chiave per bloccare la porta quando si esce e quando si è nella vostra stanza e si desidera chiudere a chiave la porta. Questo non è ovvio perché la maggior parte degli hotel ha porte che si chiudono automaticamente.
La colazione andava bene, ma sarebbe difficile raggiungere la sala colazione se si hanno problemi di mobilità in quanto ci sono circa quattro o cinque gradini senza rampa

Thank you for this detailled feed back after your stay in our Hotel Johann Strauss. Indeed it could feel retro to you that we still have door keys, but in the end the rooms cannot be broken in easily - as we were often assured by the police - the key system still is the safest way to close a door. You are right that you have to close it by hand and it does not lock automatically.
As a family run hotel with tradition in a city with great tradition such traditional keys mean a lot to us and that is why we keep this system.
As the Hotel was built a long time ago we do have steps in the building, but we want to point out that we state this on our homepage.

Tranquillo, pulito, accogliente e conveniente
Eravamo così colpiti. Impeccabilmente pulito, servizio meraviglioso, camera tranquilla e spaziosa con aria condizionata. Letti e biancheria da letto erano così buoni, abbiamo dormito estremamente bene. Molto vicino alle fermate del tram e della metropolitana e così facile da accedere al centro di Vienna. Ottima selezione a colazione.
