This family-run 4-star hotel is located in the heart of Zams near Landeck, in Tyrol’s Upper Inn Valley and in the immediate vicinity of Landeck’s train station and the S16 motorway. The cosy rooms all have a balcony.

Very nice hotel in Austrian Tyrol
Very nice hotel purely in Austrian style with lots of wood. The staff welcome you in traditional clothes and some people speak French. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is served buffet style. Lunch and dinner are served either buffet or table. Everything has always been very good. The hotel has several swimming pools and sauna. It offers free bathrobe, towel and slipper. We stayed there 3 days for a weekend but I would have liked to extend my stay. I recommend this hotel in Zams. Go ahead without hesitation!

good 4-star hotel with a central location and a pleasant family atmosphere
very interesting location for winter sports enthusiasts, as several attractive ski resorts such as the Arlberg or the whole Paznaun Valley (with Ischgl) or Serfaus are within easy reach.
The hotel was fully booked during carnival week. Nevertheless, both the procedure worked well while eating and also in the wellness area you have always found a place. The staff was friendly and competent throughout. With the end of the carnival holidays on 8.3, however, the staff was greatly reduced and there were some restrictions associated with it, e.g. the closure of the entire bar area as early as around 10:30 p.m. or the availability of several meals at dinner.

We had enjoyed the four days at Jägerhof super wellness area friendly staff especially the fast waiter great breakfast buffet also fine dinner. Too bad the aerial cable car next to hotel was out of service.

Topp Hotel where everything is right
This place is really just PERFECT!!!
After our summer vacation in 2023 and our winter vacation in 2023, it was clear that we wanted to go back to this hotel. So we were now as a family with 2 children from 04.08. to 15.08.2024 for the third time there and the winter holiday for December is already booked again!!!
In my review I would first like to mention the great staff at the hotel. It is all very familiar there and you quickly notice with every employee the love for their job. All are very helpful with questions, always have a smile on their face and thus make every holiday an unforgettable experience. The management of the hotel, the Bouvier family, is also present daily at the hotel, is very active and they are always great contacts.
The rooms are decorated differently and one better than the other. we were never disappointed. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms is also top.
Especially the SPA area with sauna, the indoor pool (for cold days) and the heated outdoor pool are the perfect complement to the daily hike from Monday to Friday. Here the hotel even has its own hiking guide "Benni" , who plans and accompanies the hikes with his dog "Toni". The hiking destinations are always different and Benni really manages to pick everyone in the group up where they stand and really brings EVERYONE to their destination. My husband has a very limited health due to a heart attack. But Benni has managed to motivate him every day. Due to Benni's caring and motivating nature, we reached every planned goal every day and were very rewarded with great views of nature. Benni takes you to places away from the big tourism that you will never forget! The tours are recorded by photos and guests are then given a small photo album on their own table in the evening or the following day. The hikes are also accompanied by e-bike tours, which was a whole new experience for me, but so much fun.
Finally and absolute highlight at the "Jägerhof" is the meeeeega food. Even at the breakfast buffet all wishes are fulfilled. The diversity is indescribable. There are several types of fresh bread and rolls every day, always with something sweet. On toppings several kinds of butter, fresh salmon, many homemade jams, some kinds of honey, sausage, cheese, hot sausages, scrambled eggs, fried bacon, boiled eggs and much more. Not to mention the variety of cereals and milk....from soy milk to lactose-free milk and many other varieties. Vegetarians can also fully enjoy themselves here.
Those who book only with breakfast can order "a la carte" in their own restaurant and also experience an absolute palate experience here. Half board includes a very rich evening buffet, which we still rave about today. A huge salad buffet, in addition antipasti at its finest and great main courses. There were always vegetables, several kinds of meat, as well as an offer of fish and of course side dishes. The dessert then crowns the whole food, it is really indescribable and uniquely good.
The area around the hotel is also ideal and you can reach a lot very quickly. Even in winter there are many ski areas nearby and somewhere there is actually always snow.
I could write for hours, but I think you can read out my enthusiasm ;-).

Top Hotel
Very nice, spacious room with a great view on the 2nd floor. Large bathroom and separate toilet. The hallway was a bit winding and smelled of chlorine. We had half board. Breakfast was a large buffet with everything you could wish for. There was even a juice machine.
For dinner you could choose from 4 courses. Vegetarian too!
The food is 5* standard and the service was always friendly and warm
