Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included)
Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive.
Housekeeping staff very helpful and courteous.
Overall a fair price for a reasonable stay.
Would consider a future stay here.

Hotel facilities:
Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing!
Restaurant and food:
Wide selection of world cuisine that is delicious to the point we ate half our meals at the hotel at super low cost. The breakfast is pretty good too standard stuff but the dining menu is delicious. They also have a cafe that has all the hot and cold drinks you would order at Star Bucks!
Staff and service:
The best service I have ever had the pleasure of having. Excellent. They constantly went above and beyond for us like getting scales then weighing our luggage for us.
Location:
Centrally located 5-10 mins to anywhere in the city bang in the middle and on the road that takes you straight to the airport.
