Failing alarm system

The complex is beautiful, great location and large clean apartments and equipped with all comforts. There is nothing negative to say about that.
The operation of the alarm system is less positive. After a few spontaneous alarm sounds in the evening finally at 10 pm a serious persistent fire alarm! All guests outside, on the sidewalk in front of the hotel including. toddlers and babies. Firefighters didn't seem impressed. These had been ripped out several times in recent weeks for nothing because the alarm system is not sound and regularly spontaneously goes off and keeps going! Because of not having a reception, the fire department indicates that it appears to be very difficult to get a responsible person from Numa to speak to let alone that someone reports to the hotel. Standing on the street for an hour and finally back to the room not knowing if there is such an alarm system because this time it has been deployed again. Away sleep and away trust in your stay. Too bad! Numa... solve this right!

Very good and easy to check in/out. Close to the trainstation and central in Antwerpen.

Because all the actions in hotel are self-service based it gets some effort playing with the application. The most unconvenient action was check-in. Otherwise the apartment was nice and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Sloppy communication, sitting for minutes waiting for response, or help

Very bad. I had booked through booking.com initially for myself, but then my girlfriend said, that she also wanted to sleep at my apartment and I booked through the numa chain app. That'll all be fine. I had to send a photo of her ID card for identification, I had to pay 20 euros extra. It was all taken care of. The first night no problem. But the second day I arrive at the hotel in the afternoon. I can't go into my room. There is no reception, everything goes through the app. Fortunately there were very attentive guests who helped me, because with my hearing impairment and my poor English knowledge it was otherwise impossible! As it turned out, they had not booked the 2nd guest. Whole thing. Code stopped working. Got a new code, but had to wait a long time, 1,5 hours! Really shameful!
