Wonderful upgrade!
Beautiful upgrade received for my daughter who was at hotel for the first time. Really nice!
Good sauna and complete fitness and swimming pool with enough towels.
Very helpful and also well located.

Nightmare
The room service was a nightmare, I am running out of words. I really don’t know what is the understanding of the service level, the guest‘s can expect. I have seen one of the lowest performances ever!! No one responded to my complaint. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast was not SAS standard, no flexibility. Rooms and staff gave nothing extra. Never again story.

Had a great stay
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is located right in the center, making everything within walking distance. Our apartment was very spacious, clean and fully equipped. Toiletries were provided, as well as an iron with ironing board. There were also bathrobes and slippers ready, which was a nice extra.
The pool was clean and lovely to relax. The check-in was quick and smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly. They were always ready to help and did everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
Breakfast was also very good. There was a wide choice and everything was well replenished. The only small point for improvement is that the sandwiches could be baked a little longer. Around 9:00 am it also became quite crowded in the breakfast room. Those who want to have a quiet breakfast should therefore go a little earlier.
All in all an excellent hotel where we will definitely come back!

Two singles beds after requesting a king told they’re fully booked can’t change anything it’s in the small print even through I booked months in advance. I checked the website plenty of rooms available. No information given on the pool or any amenities only our room number. Then a reception member of staff let themselves into our room as we sleep, no explanation or apology given. Bar staff are absolutely terrible 4 members couldn’t handle 25 guests. Didn’t come around to take orders but don’t want you ordering at the bar. Closed food service 1 hour and 15 minutes early without informing guests because it was too hot in a fully air conditioned hotel. Closed the bar one hour early. Was not asked how our stay was at check out. Then the kicker after we checked out and sat at the bar for a drink. My husband went up and paid and as we walked out a member of staff ran after us screaming that we had to pay. Making us out to be thieves in front of other guests and humiliating us. I went to find the manager who apologised for all the things that happens and said she would refund our stay through points which we did not receive. I made a scene at reception and she obviously lied about the refund so other guests wouldn’t hear how awful hotel is. Single beds, room entry, being accused of thievery and lying by management of a refund that never came is how I would sum up this stay. Find a hostel you be safer and treated better. The worst hotel stay we ever experienced
