Navarra far from anywhere!

Nice quiet atmosphere. Very close to main square & attractions. We stayed in a “comfort “ room, plenty of space and nice big bed!

Disappointing, overpriced hotel

Our room was small, bland, basic and uninspiring with a view of a hedge right in front of the window. It was located on the ground floor of a separate building on the parking lot. Not at all what we expected from a 4 star property and certainly not for the $400 a night we paid.
Don’t be mislead by the beautiful professional pictures on the hotel’s website and various booking sites. You’ll be disappointed.
It’s well located in the centre of Bruges close to the Markt but that’s about all that’s positive for this hotel.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your room did not meet your expectations and that its location, outlook and design left you disappointed. We understand that this can strongly influence the overall impression of a stay, particularly when the experience does not feel in line with the price paid.
Hotel Navarra consists of a historic main building and an adjoining wing, with rooms varying in size, layout and outlook. Nevertheless, every guest should feel comfortable and satisfied with their accommodation. We are currently preparing room renovations that will bring a fresher and more contemporary feel to the hotel.
While we are pleased that you appreciated our central location, we regret that the rest of your stay did not reflect the positive experience we aim to provide.

Great Hotel

Stayed here during a long weekend break in March and what a fantastic hotel! Everyone was amazing and was more than happy to help. The was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a great pool and gym and so don’t forget to take the right clothes! It was close to the square and so many great places to eat nearby! Definitely worth a stay if you’re looking for a great Bruges experience!

In a great location; very close to main tourist sights but in a quiet road. Room was quite big for a town centre hotel, but we were there during the heatwave and the a/c was off when we arrived and the thermostat had a fixed control which meant we could not get the room cold.
We had no hot water in the room for 24 hours before we left which was unacceptable.
Staff were extremely polite but were unable to sort it out. Seemed to be no sign of management on a bank holiday weekend.
