We had a huge room and lovely bathroom. The rooms were cleaned daily and beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was a bonus.
We stayed for breakfast on one occasion,it was very busy and the queue for the coffee machine was not great. We only wanted hot water for our tea so a separate hot water dispenser would have been ideal. Tea and coffee was available in the room, but we had to ask for tea bags as they were not replenished.
All in all, our stay was super and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel.

Clean place, a little aged but classic. A very small tv in room. Friendly staff in reception and breakfast restaurant.

I came here for a 4 night stay in Brussels. We were very early checking in. Thinking we could have our bags stored, we were surprised that the receptionist found us a room right away. The room was clean, spacious with a lovely bathroom. Plenty of space for toiletries an the best hotel hairdryer I've ever used!. There is a safe in the room and teamaking facilities. The bed was very comfortable with great air conditioning. The bar was fantastic with very reasonable prices and a balcony you could sit with good views of the city. Breakfast was good with a good choice. In almost the hotel itself is fantastic within easy reach of the city centre. Next to fruit shops and convenience shops. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely return

The hotel is very noisy. It is also quite old, and the rooms are small. We had trouble sleeping because of the noise coming from the rooms around us. That said, it is well located, the air conditioning works well, and the staff is helpful.

Room is clean, but housekeeping open my door at the 9am.
Unfortunately, front desk staff answer me, yes, they want to clean the room.
