Very cool!

We had a good stay at the hotel. Everything you need was provided. The communication was great. Everything well explained. The instructions were clear. Everything went smoothly. Great!

The hotel was supposed to close at 10:00 p.m., but it appears the person left his post at 9:40 p.m. I couldn't get into the room and they're refusing me a refund.

Very disappointed!

We were very disappointed. We were expecting a certain establishment of a certain class and we arrived at a hotel that must have had its moment of glory but which today is really in decline.
Description:
Room on the 3rd floor without elevator! With the luggage I'm not telling you the cardio.
The heating did not work in the bedroom or in the bathroom. In addition, when it was tried to operate, it made a terrible noise.
Television that wasn't working.
I pass you other small details, outlets that come off, shower gel diffusers blocked, the book of rules of procedure whose pages stick, etc.

DO NOT GO THERE.

I booked a room in the hotel and paid in advance. I never made it in because when I got there on the day I had booked to arrive, it was closed. DO NOT BOOK this hotel. It might actually be a total scam. It is a shame. This was a bit less than two weeks ago and I still haven't been reimbursed through Booking which I used to book this hotel.

You will be severely punished here!!!

Booked 2 nights with a vivabox, received a friendly welcome on arrival, but we no longer serve breakfast sir, no more food... but have a drink in the bar this evening instead of breakfast... yes, hello, what a compensation... then room on the 2nd floor sir....elevator not working...hupla...once in the room, when you enter it smells musty,...just white walls, a nicely made bed and a small TV on the wall, in the night lights did not contain any lamps themselves!!°
We went downstairs to get our ears off and we wanted our money or voucher back, we got the answer, I passed it on to the management, I said no way, give us the number and I will call them, wow the friendly lady was suddenly there a completely different person, yelling, ranting and breaking up with us, I said OK, I'll call the police, she laughed at me, OK, now I'll call my lawyer to see what I should do, then she quickly threw my receipt at our heads... so people be warned this is a complete scam!!!!
