A good time, quality equipment to forget the gray weather.
The room is carefully decorated and equipped. We had a great time. The kitchenette has all the equipment to make a small meal, and the menu and options are numerous. No complaints.

Disappointing
We had chosen this wellness suite to spend a moment of relaxation and romance. Unfortunately, given the price and the advertised services, we left very disappointed.
Several problems encountered during our stay:
• Pool closed from 7 a.m. in the morning, even though we wanted to enjoy it before our departure. It was therefore impossible for us to use it in the morning.
• Breakfast at $35, a price at which we expected a higher quality service. We had asked for a hot chocolate and finally received a coffee.
• Room service advertised until 10 p.m., but when we wanted to order around 7 p.m., we were told that there was no room service in the evening.
• No explanation or instructions for the jacuzzi, the steam room, and the sauna. For this type of suite, a few instructions would nevertheless be appreciated.
• Very disappointing cleanliness: visible marks and dirt under the bed, as well as marks on the armchairs. We took photos to illustrate these various findings.
• We also noticed dirt at the bottom of the pool and the jacuzzi, which is particularly disappointing for a suite presented as a wellness area.
This is not our first experience in a romantic/wellness suite, so we have a few points of comparison. Unfortunately, this one is very far from the level of quality we were hoping for.
For the price paid, we were mainly expecting cleanliness, service that lived up to expectations, and the ability to fully enjoy the advertised amenities.
For us, unfortunately, this will be an experience we will not repeat.

My room has not been reserved!
They offered to come back the next day but we had come to Liège expressly for that. We are very disappointed.
