Excellent experience!

The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance to the city center. The personnel has been very friendly and professional. We appreciated the possibility to do the check in online. Our room was quite large and very comfortable, perfectly clean and above there was absolute silence! We haven't enjoyed neither the swimming pool nor the breakfast.

Not a nice stay.

The room smelled stale when we entered. The shower was very outdated and the water kept going from hot to cold. The shower spray was also anything but. Around midnight after we had already fallen asleep we woke up to a buzzing sound. We couldn't immediately figure out where it came from. We went to check the bathroom to check the ventilation. The air conditioning was off. So we had to sleep through the sound in pieces and pieces. Upon waking up it was really loud and we found that it came from the engine of the fridge that was in the wardrobe. The flat water in the fridge was 1 block of ice and the sparkling water was no longer even sparkling when we opened the bottle. When we announced this at check-out the lady at the reception said she was going to report it. But there was no apology or proposal for compensation. We have recordings of the sound to show that it really wasn't okay.
Breakfast in the hotel is until 10am, but when we wanted to have breakfast at 8.45am there was not much more available. The butter cookies were almost all gone. There were still 3 slices of bacon and the pancakes were dried out.
Very sorry about our stay. We would have liked a little more understanding about our night's sleep (which was not there). And the breakfast was really poor. We wouldn't come back here.

Price / quality

Overpriced hotel for what it is. Rooms very poorly insulated, bed was not pleasant, not an extremely large room.
Everything was neat and taken care of. Location nice. But in general not good value for money.

Nice experience.

Great location to visit the city.
Breakfast very varied and delicious.
Private parking a little expensive.
Quite neutral staff.
Unfortunately, the room with window street really noisy (you can hear people talking in street and what to say about the noise of vehicles)
In future, we will ask to avoid these rooms.

Disappointing Stay Due to Noise and Comfort Issues

I stayed here for one night and could barely sleep due to the constant noise. The windows are not soundproofed to a standard you would expect from a European hotel.
The room was also quite cold, and the freezing tiled floor made it even more uncomfortable.
The lift was out of service, and the management seemed to treat the issue as a joke rather than addressing it seriously.
The location is acceptable, but not ideal — it’s about a 15‑minute walk to the nearest lively area.
