Good hotel.
Very pleasant hotel, but it does not deserve 5 stars according to the expected standards.
Dirty windows, marks in the rooms near the windows and in the bathroom.
Spacious room.
The restaurant only offers a fixed menu on Saturday evenings. Extremely long wait time; the value for money of the menu is not up to par; €55 excluding drinks is a bit excessive considering the dishes offered.

Disappointed
Room was mediocre with wear, stains on carpet, stains on the wall from beaten spiders to death. Dust webs on the ceiling.
Coffee is offered in the room but for the tea drinkers there is nothing. It's too bad.
In the bathroom shampoo is offered but no conditioner.
Food in restaurant was tasty but not worthy of a 5 star level. It's a pity there's no dress code either. I don't think T-shirt and sweatpants are appropriate for dinner.
Breakfast is sufficient. Too bad the waiter goes with her hand in the rosti bin to eat a rosti on the spot. She then takes some milk to drink but does not pay attention to the almond milk being empty. Undersized and sorry.
There is a swimming pool and sauna but guests must pay a supplement for this, as well as make a reservation.

The prices for extras were expensive.
Room was very well used, marked on the headboard, paint peeling on the furniture. Room was clean, staff were friendly, good selection for breakfast. There was an additional cost to using the pool which was disappointing

The hotel was at the end big hill so if you’re carrying your luggage keep that in mind.
The staff was not at all helpful. They didn’t tell you when stuff opened in the hotel or where stuff was. They were not good at English.
Some of the staff was just straight up rude and mean. You pay extra for a dog because they make it nice for it, but all there was in the room was a way too big feeding bowl. The room wasn’t the nicest and they forgot to give new toilet paper. They say that the rooms are sound proof, THEY ARE NOT AT ALL. It was so noisy all most all the time.
The breakfast was pretty boring and not the best. And so was the dinner.
And for some reason the outside smells really wired, And there where dead animals in the water, ass well as dog poop every where
I would never stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend it
