This hotel is GREAT - but it's the staff that makes it INCREDIBLE!!♥️♥️ our first visit to Brussels and we definitely picked an absolute gem here! From the moment we checked in we felt so welcomed and the room is impeccably clean with a super soft big bed!
The waterfall shower is so relaxing! The pool area is so wonderful-we went swimming every day! Thank you so very much and we are looking forward to our next stay! Xo from your new friends from Toronto Canada!♥️♥️

Horrible staff. Run away!
Ignorant and incompetent young people. They charged for the room twice to start with and refused to return our deposit.

Bonjour,
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience ne corresponde pas à vos attentes. Toutefois, nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions afin d'éviter toute confusion.
Vous n'avez pas été facturée deux fois pour votre séjour. Comme cela vous a été expliqué à plusieurs reprises, une première opération correspondait à une préautorisation bancaire, réalisée uniquement afin de garantir votre réservation. Celle-ci a d'ailleurs été libérée dès votre arrivée à l'hôtel. La seconde opération correspondait au paiement effectif de votre séjour. Il ne s'agissait donc en aucun cas d'un double débit.
Concernant la caution, celle-ci a été retenue en raison du non-respect du règlement de l'établissement, que vous avez lu et signé lors de votre arrivée. Malgré les consignes qui vous avaient été rappelées, il a été constaté que vous aviez fumé dans la chambre, ce qui a nécessité plusieurs heures de désodorisation et immobilisé la chambre avant de pouvoir accueillir de nouveaux clients.
Nous regrettons également le manque de respect dont plusieurs membres de notre équipe ont fait l'objet au cours de votre séjour. Nos collaborateurs ont pourtant pris le temps de vous expliquer chaque situation avec calme et professionnalisme. Le respect mutuel est une valeur essentielle au sein de notre établissement.
Nous restons naturellement disponibles pour échanger de manière constructive et respectueuse.

AC was broken, but staff fot me a protable unit, met the owner, they were hosting an interesting event in the main space, breakfast was good, interesting design of the rooms and lobby.

Pros:
- Convenient location.
- very warm and helpful front receptionist.
Cons:
- hotel charges to use the gym, even guests staying at their hotel.
- air conditioning on the top floor was not working when we stayed there. It was stuck on high heat. We needed to turn it completely off and open all the balcony doors instead. We were not informed of this when checking in.

Amazing place to stay at.

First night/time here, but I can honestly say: "Great service. Very (very) pleasant and professional people."
Would definitely recommend staying here!!!
You'll feel just as if you were home. Except you'll just be jealous about the chique and elegant interior/atmosphere they have managed to create here.
And again, great, great people.
