Fantastic owner

We stayed 3 nights in St Janshof. We cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are clean and the lounge / bar area is very cosy and comfortable. Lovely breakfast too.
The biggest gem is the owner, Andrei who is one of the most friendly and serviceminded people we have ever met in a hotel. He goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable

Very poor reception

Very rude man who treated me in a very wrong way with his statements and thought much older than I was effective, so a great insult to me as a woman!!
We were thrown out after half an hour and were not even allowed to wait in the parking area waiting for an über

Beste,
Wij vinden het jammer dat u uw verblijf negatief heeft ervaren, maar wensen toch enkele zaken te verduidelijken.
Onze check-in tijden dienen gerespecteerd te worden tenzij vooraf anders overeengekomen. Gasten worden verwacht vanaf 16u, waardoor aankomst om 11u helaas niet gewenst is.
Daarnaast behouden wij ons het recht voor om personen in beschonken toestand de toegang te weigeren, dit om de rust, veiligheid en het comfort van onze andere gasten te garanderen.
De reservatie die door u gemaakt werd, was bovendien voor 2 personen. Het is niet toegestaan om met 3 personen op de kamer te verblijven zonder voorafgaande toestemming.
Tot slot willen wij benadrukken dat de aanwezige toy car bedoeld is voor kinderen. Het gebruik ervan door volwassenen is niet voorzien.
Wij proberen steeds alle gasten op een correcte en respectvolle manier te ontvangen en vragen eveneens respect voor onze huisregels en accommodatie.

Be careful

No one help from reception and only 1 person working and not around as well..
Host is not helpful and not give an invoice and no room clean and no water hot I. Shower and overall not good stay.. it's not worthy to book a hotel and no one in breakfast room ..

Hemal, you stayed longer then a week in our hotel, this gave you time enough to ask for the invoice,witch you received saturday morning by ringing the bell. This while our reception starts at 08.00 during the weekend. Regarding the lack of hot water in the shower and the cleanliness of your room, we deeply regret these oversights. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are reviewing our housekeeping and maintenance procedures to prevent this from happening in the future.Please note how ever that cleaning personel do not enter the room to clean when you are present. Hanging the sign to clean the room is mutch appreciated if you mostly in the room.
