A Wonderful Place to Stay

If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay in Belize City, I can't recommend One South Place highly enough.
Dave and Judy are absolutely fantastic—kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. I arrived without a reservation, and they not only found me one of their beautiful, comfortable rooms, but also went out of their way to help with several other vacation needs. Their willingness to help made my trip so much easier and far more enjoyable.
The accommodations were excellent, and the level of personal service truly sets One South Place apart. It's rare to find hosts who care so much about making their guests feel at home.
It goes without saying that I'll be back. One South Place will be my first choice and the centerpiece of every future stay in Belize City.
Thank you, Dave and Judy, for making my visit such a memorable one!

Hidden Gem Seaside Hotel: Feels Like Home!

A chance stay at One South Place Hotel the location is unbeatable—right by the sea! Just step onto the second-floor terrace, and bam, you’ve got front-row seats to those rolling blue waves. No need to fight crowds at tourist spots for a stunning ocean view.
The interior is so thoughtfully put together—cozy but stylish, with all the facilities you could need. Every tiny detail screams care and warmth.
The outdoor area is nice and quiet, but security is top-notch, so you can kick back and relax worry-free. It’s the perfect peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle—such a huge plus!
And the breakfast? Total delight! Authentic local specialties paired with well-balanced, nutritious meals—your taste buds are in for a real local treat.
But the real cherry on top? Manager Judy! She’s so warm and helpful, always ready to lend a hand with anything you need. Her thoughtful care throughout the stay made me feel right at home, even though I were miles away from our own.

但要说最锦上添花的，莫过于酒店经理朱迪！她为人热情周到，无论你有什么需求，她都随时愿意伸出援手。入住期间，她无微不至的贴心照料，让远在异乡的我，也倍感家的温暖。

A small hotel providing high quality service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room with sunrise-facing shared terrace and coffee machine in room. Comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast. In a quiet location near the Cathedral, historical Governor’s Gov’t House and downtown riverside restaurants

I stayed here in March, and this place is awesome. it's very clean, all around the facility. The rooms, the bed, the A/C, were very cleaned and operable. I met the owner and his wife. very lovely people. the hotel is in a very quiet place, and within walking distance to the vessels that takes you to the difference Islands of Belize. has gated parking for cars and motorcycle.

It was in a good location to access all central amenities and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony, also the staff members were caring and cheerful and helpful.
