Lovely stay at the Ritz!

Stayed three nights at this hotel, it is well located in La Paz. Even thought the hotel is near a congested circle, there is very little noise from the street. So it’s a nice place to rest. Rooms are clean and ample, beds are really comfortable.
Ordered room service which was nice and on time. The service at the restaurant was less so, but the food was good.
The staff are friendly and always willing to support.

The double room, including a small kitchenette, was extremely comfortable.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and the stay was pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently situated, and the stay was enjoyable.
For a small bite to eat, there is a café in the building; the restaurant is often fully booked, and the one in the basement, where a hearty breakfast is served simultaneously, cannot be recommended due to the underground service (ordered water arrives only with dessert, different dishes are served with significant delays, and empty plates are immediately taken away, even though others are still eating). Fortunately, on the other side of the roundabout, there is a shopping center with a supermarket in the basement and fast food on the first floor. Thus, snacks can be easily compensated for.

Needed to shower after my activity and they were very inflexible with late checkout, no options at all.

Rooms neglected and staff not supportive very bad experience -- not what it use to be back 2018
