Nice little hotel

Nice little hotel in this small town. Room was spacious, the wifi worked well. The shower was a bit tricky, you only get hot water if you don't open the valve quite a bit. We had a comfortable stay here.

Aggravating

We had difficulty crossing the border into Chile, so we arrived here late and Josie was very kind and helpful, even if she did give us all the wrong information concerning buses, schedules and necessary room changes. The following day was a carnival celebration so there were no buses. We had to stay another night. The blonde girl who works the day shift was rude and unhelpful and told us we needed to change rooms. We wanted to have breakfast first. They rushed us to change rooms, so we packed up and moved. Then, the same girl who had refused to call the bus company for me, told us that they made a mistake and we had to move everything back. We are senior citizens and we had to climb three flights of stairs. Our room was adequate. Breakfast was poor. The location is good. I cannot recommend this place.

What you'd expect out here....

We stayed here for 2 nights in a double room. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions (with the help of Google Translate). The breakfast was as expected and consisted of the usual breads, jam, cheese, ham, eggs, tea/coffee. There was WiFi but it was average The showers were not always hot and had some very questionable wiring running along it. Overall not a bad stay. Local shops/restaurants all very close.

Cheap and central

The hostel is located in the town center and cheap. The place is warm and so are the rooms. Minimum confort ; but the non private showers had hot water, and that is all we wanted, for that very short stay (left at 5am the next morning).

Good room, average facilities

Stayed here for one night after our daytrip of the salt flats. Didn't have an ensuite in our room and the shared shower is very questionable, with exposed wires and a shower head spewing everywhere but down. Also, out of the 2 showers we had, 1 was hot and the other freezing cold.
The staff are very friendly though, and let us check in to our room already at 8 in the morning after arriving with the overnight bus. Location is also good and the room was clean and big.
