The quality of the rooms are not the best. Some walls and doors look dirty, the bathroom is not in the best conditions either.
The staff are very friendly and warm that's the peak of the hotel.
Breakfast the variety is ok, not the best either.

A great hotel, sorry a bit away

The cleanliness is impeccable and the staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty, simple, but delicious. Everyone, without exception, treats the guest well and makes you want to come back. The view of the river Sergipe is beautiful!
However, the location is not the best, it is far from the center and far from the shore. The lack of a restaurant or even a room Service in the hotel complicates a little for those who are at work, as was my case.
If you had a restaurant running all day and not just for breakfast, it would be perfect!

I stayed in room 1201, for the value of the daily, the room is good, spacious, all beautiful until arriving in the bathroom, first the door did not have a pull and was to run, in short, could not close completely, imagine the discomfort when sharing the room with someone else?
You thought it was over?
When taking a bath, there was no Box, it was a curtain that did not make a difference, between having and not having, to complete, the shower was in front “pro Box that did not exist”, when leaving the bath was all wet, on the first day, there was no floor cloth and the room was all soaked.
The breakfast is weak in quantity and quality, almost the same every day. The staff are great, especially the faxines. Being a positive point to highlight is that the room has acoustics, inhibiting the sound of the street cars, the bedding was good, clean and without stains, the cleanliness of the place is also good.
