I think there is a lack of administration in the hotel, the hydromassage stayed broken every day we were in the hotel, getting sludge in the water.
There are no extra towels for the pool, they are counted per room and can not order extra.
Breakfast every day we ask for or wait for replacement either of utensils or the buffet itself, at the reception I advise to include the name of all guests so as not to run the risk of loss of tour because we do not know which room and not have how to warn.
All attendees are super attentive and helpful, the Leandro breakfast stands out for sympathy and reception.

As soon as we arrived, on Monday (18/05), we were informed that the pool was in trouble. The manager assured us that by Thursday everything would be normal. However, the days passed and nothing worked. Of the 9 days of our stay, we got 8 without access to the pool.
To make it worse, the hotel was under construction. Starting at 7 a.m., the noise of drillers was daily. We also noticed a strong odor in the water and sent a message to the hotel reporting the problem. Later, local residents informed us that the hotel is in a region known as a flooded area, which may explain the water quality. I have everything documented in videos for possible arrangements.
The most unacceptable was the total lack of assistance and responses from the management. We got out of leisure area, with water of questionable quality and dealing with noise early.
The score is only not zero because this option does not exist and because the staff is excellent. They are really good, especially the breakfast boy, who did everything to please us.
I really hope the hotel improves the structure and, above all, respects the guests' holidays, because everyone who was there was harmed
Room and Structure: Strong mould smell and moist walls.
Poor bed linen: There are no blankets or edredons, just sheets and a fine blanket of single wool.
Water Quality: Water smells very bad.
arulho: Uncomfortable noises right in the morning, interfering with rest.
Leisure and Support: The hotel was without a leisure area and the administration did not give any feedback or assistance to our complaints.
Breakfast: Initially weak. We complained and they improved the menu, but the environment had many flies, which caused great discomfort (we went only 4 times for this).
*Positive point*
The place is clean and the staff tried to fix the coffee after our complaint.

Had to put my stuff on the floor.
When we arrived they informed us that the pool would be close. In fact it was closed until the day we left.
Room had no window, basically a jail Cell !!!
Absolutely terrible room.
At least the staff was very nice
