Location: excellent, directly on Atins beach.
Hygiene: below acceptable standard. Toilet water ran yellow, a frog was found in the toilet bowl, and shower water had a metallic taste. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were pleasant, but food quality was mediocre and breakfast was below average.
Hygiene was the main issue affecting the stay. Staff indicated this is common across properties in Atins; however, other hotels we visited in the area had clean, functioning bathrooms. The reception toilets, which we used as an alternative, are cleaned only once per day.
Rooms booked as "sea view" did not have one. All bungalows are located behind the restaurant with limited to no view; despite our request for a sea view, our room was positioned at the back of the property.
At €450/night per room, the rate does not match the level of hygiene and overall service provided. The location remains a strong asset for guests who are not sensitive to these issues.

Disappointment
We were not warned that it was not possible to arrive in the guesthouse by ordinary car. We spent more than R$1,000,00 real to arrive by boat at night in the hostel. The bungalows are large, however, there is no air-conditioning and have several openings without screen in the ceiling and the floor, which allow the entry of mosquitoes and animals because the place has a lot of vegetation (pearls, frogs, bitches, marimbonds, snakes etc) The shower is in an open place with little protection, when it rains is extremely unpleasant to bathe. Breakfast is good, but some foods are served in small quantities.

Beautiful visual and charming environment
The place is a grace with its red loungers and freezer full of picoles from the Fruit of Goiás brand. Good service, accepted card is a nice break in front of the beach after lunch. I loved it. I recommend and will be back.

Tourist trap
Out of curiosity, do you actually enjoy paying a premium to stay somewhere where you will end up sharing your room with things like reptiles, spiders, or even mosquitoes? If so, stay at this place.
