My opinion about the hotel

We always stayed in this hotel and super approve the kindness and cordiality, of all employees, as well as the cleanliness, location but...... disapprove the decline in quality of the *Santa Fé* (which we know who worked in the Hotel Promenade). For the amount charged in the hotel days, the breakfast, as well as the menu offered and the delay in the service leaves much to be desired. Stay the tip!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel 3 times using it as a base whilst travelling around Brazil. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and they had a spa; sauna & fitness centre (which we unfortunately didn’t go to). They were really lovely and upgraded us on our last visit.
We plan to stay here when we come back in the future

Immaculate service and location

I had a great stay and, days after check-out, I realized that I had forgotten a piece of clothing at the hotel. I contacted and was immediately treated with a lot of attention and efficiency. The team located the item and arranged shipping to my house with great care.
I would like to especially thank Jucelia, the governance, Rafael, the reception, and Lorrayne, who found the piece — an example of professionalism and dedication.
I will definitely come back and recommend!

Loved breakfast buffet where you can get eggs or tapioca made to order. Breakfast staff was super friendly.
The rooms could use new paint, grout, and features, but had a large comfortable bed, hot shower, desk/ample counterspace.
