Horrible stay

Good afternoon!
I hope I never come back.
I've never been in a worse place in my whole life. It was an awful stay, all disgusting; messy, no roof, no door, nothing. Poor hygiene. They didn't do room service. I still had to hear that they only did if I asked (wasn't it obvious? You should at least have informed us during check-in). Smell of mold, used bedding; we got the dirty rotten towels that weren't changed any day, as well as garbage. I do not indicate even to my enemy!!!!!
Not to mention that, at the very first contact, we were poorly received by the receptionist, who was unsolicited.

Bad

So that you are not fooled, look at the photos. Be aware that it is an old building, wood window, there is no counter for suitcase or for work, there is no telephone to talk to the reception, towels are covered, torn and were delivered after 20 hours, there is no room service, nor water in the fridge bar. Parking in the back street and paid, poor service, weak coffee. Bad.

Misleading propaganda and unprepared employees

Extremely disappointed with the experience.
I chose the hotel on Booking.com because the description said there was parking. However, when I arrived with my daughter (child), I was informed that the parking was outsourced and charged separately (R$ 30 per day), which was no longer clear in the ad. Still, I agreed to avoid the trouble of looking for another hotel at the time.
The bigger problem started when I tried to access the parking lot: the gate remained closed and depended on the opening by the hotel. When I called requesting access, I was informed by the attendant that the hotel had no responsibility for the parking, that she was busy with other guests and that I should wait on the street until someone could open. In the centre of Belo Horizonte, this is simply impossible. I kept running until I managed to stop the car on the street.
Upon returning to the hotel, I asked to talk to the manager, but the employee said I had no authority to call him. I requested the refund and was informed that it would not be possible at that time. Meanwhile, several employees merely observed the situation without offering a solution.
When the manager showed up, he came to say that I was “not welcome” at the establishment. Later, already in the room, he turned back, apologized and acknowledged the employee's mistake. I also mentioned that I consider misleading advertising advertising parking without making it clear that it is outsourced, paid and without proper support. He said it would never happen again.
But at night, the problem repeated itself: again they did not answer the phone to open the parking gate, and I was forced to leave my car on the street.
I felt hurt, deceived and mistreated throughout my stay. An extremely unpleasant experience, even more being with my daughter.
I do not recommend.

Much mold in the rooms

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel. The room had a very strong mould smell, the air conditioning made a lot of noise and the bathroom door seemed to be going down. Because of the mold I got attacked with sinusitis and last night I couldn't even sleep because the throat was very irritated.

Poor hotel

After rotating 600 km we arrived at the hotel around 18:00 hs, there was no towel to take a bath, the TV didn't work, there was no room service, including the absence of the phone to speak in the reception, the internet bad, the service at the reception very bad tbm, the shower was pinging all night, the hotel should be banned.
