Good Experience
Pros:
The guesthouse is easily located, close to the Center of Bento Gonçalves. With an affordable price and good structure. We arrived at the place and the room was being cleaned, but we were able to leave our bags there so we could enjoy the city and return close to check-in time. Location with good structure, clean kitchen with basic utensils, the bathroom is shared but clean, the room was clean, organized, pleasant smell, with TV and minibar.
Improvement points
We got there and we would have liked to have been able to use the TV, but there was no remote control, we looked in the room and couldn't find it, it was reported to the hostel employee that it was missing, but she told us to look better, even though we had already informed her that we had already wanted. (Inspect the room before releasing it to the next guests).
