Excellent cost-benefit

I won the trip of my company, and I was very satisfied with the accommodation of the place. All receptionists and other staff were very attentive whenever we needed. We went to all the restaurants we wanted on foot, which indicates the good location. The only point I would recommend an adaptation is the breakfast schedule. I think closing at 9:00 is too early, though it hasn't been a problem for us.

legal place

Simple hotel but attentive to all the needs of a couple who do not intend to stay inside the room. Cleaning room you need to request at the reception, I recommend to take a good air since our room was smelling mud. Breakfast simple and good, we always went from 6:30 to 8:00, and whenever something was missing was just asking the girls in the kitchen that they do the replacement! We loved the accommodation, from the reception to the kitchen girls, everyone was very kind. ☺️

Accommodation at Hotel Refúgio in Bonito

My boyfriend and I went on vacation in Bonito and Hotel Refúgio seemed to us a good option. The hotel is in reform and I believe the services should be improved. The room we stayed was the old ... the bath towels and face well worn and we had to request, as there was and occasion not to be repaired. There was only one glass to drink water. When we ordered another one we were informed by the reception that guests had broken the glasses and so only one glass per room was available. They put a mother with a lot of cost. If we used the glasses they would stay dirty. There were good options in the morning coffee, as long as you were the first to come. The coffee is served until 9:00, but if you arrived at 8:00 there was not much of the items offered, as they were not replaced. We realize this because we drink coffee at different times throughout the week. Some staff are inquisitive and so that we could make a tour that was contracted at the hotel itself allowed check-out 1h30 after. The cost of accommodation is reasonable, the location is good, 3 square meters sa main street but the Service leaves to be desired.

Hotel Refúgio, a quiet place to rest!

Hotel Good, there are 3 blocks from the city center, white sheets and great quality, bright and clean towels, smelly room, air conditioning, free fridge, shower with plenty of water, large pool.
Gentle and polite staff.
Spectacular breakfast, with a lot of variety. Employee Cris makes a delicious chocolate cake. Highlight also Ariane, who is a person's love.
I recommend this hotel.

I would not recommend this accommodation

I wouldn't go back, the hotel is under renovation, taking away the guests' privacy, the shared kitchen is very dirty, the games room is also very dirty. Impossible to use, reception in need of general renovation, breakfast always the same, every day. Room accommodations are good.
