Edileny was excellent in helping us since she spoke some English. She helped us arrange a tour of the city and seamless checkout. She saw to our needs such as obtaining fresh bath towels. She always had a smile and was very friendly.

Less expensive than other options in the area

I stayed in this hotel in late April 2026. On arrival the care was extremely time-consuming. The other day a large group arrived and the hotel was overcrowded. Due to this, something was always missing at the restaurant. The choice for this hotel was based on the price that was the least expensive among the various options. Its strength is the size of the room, or rather, it's almost an apartment. Ample room with a kingsize bed, hallway, bathroom with bathtub and a large room.
It is located in the SHS and therefore in the Pilot Plan. Close to Patio Brasil Shopping, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and banking agencies.

It is a bad hotel and not recommended.

I did not like the attention (indifferent and not a bit friendly). I didn't like the cleaning: dirty in the facilities, carpets, in the bedroom, in the bathroom and in the box. I didn't like the breakfast: smooth, little variety, artificial juices, very mediocre. I didn't like the constant noise from the air conditioner all morning. I did not enjoy sleeping with jam in the room (the bathroom window did not close). I didn't like the internet, not always effective. I did not like to see in the ad that it was a 4-star hotel (I think it is one and a half stars). I didn't like to just know at check-in that they don't park the stay, it's all to see!!!! Price of nights very high for what it offers! (more expensive than good hotels in Europe). It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Glad to get out of there and know that I'm never going to step on that place again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH GOOD SENSE.
