Excellent hotel

I had an excellent experience in this hotel and I can say it exceeded my expectations. Starting with breakfast, which is really a big highlight: a lot of options, including gluten-free alternatives, all well presented, with fresh items and that meet different tastes and dietary restrictions, making the beginning of the day even more pleasant.
The hotel has a new look and very well cared for, which conveys comfort and quality from the arrival. The rooms are modern, well planned and functional, with work countertops that make it quite easy for those who need to work during their stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, guaranteeing great nights of rest, and the powerful shower makes all the difference after a busy day.
Another positive point is the leisure and wellness areas: the hotel has a jacuzzi, gym and sauna, offering options to both relax and maintain the exercise routine.
Besides all this, it is worth noting that the hotel is pet friendly, which is a great differential for those who travel with their pets and seek comfort without giving up their company.
Without a doubt, it is a hostel that combines comfort, modern structure and excellent services. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, quiet room, smelling very well, reasonable gym and a great breakfast. Highlight for Antonio, always willing to help with breakfast.

Novotel in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, is simply the BEST hotel in town. The hotel is newer, has a Jacuzzi, (dry) sauna, valet parking (for a fee), a nice small gym room, the bedrooms are well designed and decorated, with sound proof windows and awesome blackout curtains, the bathrooms are spacious and also well decorated . The front desk team is great, shout-out to Marcelo and Julie. The breakfast is FANTASTIC, with an excellent variety of food, fruits, coffees, breads, cakes, juices, and everything is fresh. The hotel isn't too close to the city center, but is next door the a very nice shopping mall, called Nações Shopping. Totally worth it to stay at this hotel.

Pessimistic welcome!!!!!

The hotel has good accommodation, but extremely messy on the issue of billing and bill generation. We went to a business event and there were wrong charges, change the name of the bills and issue of wrong values. Receptionist Charlise, extremely poorly educated and rude, raised her voice on the phone and even turned off the phone during the conversation. We are from a multinational and we are very accustomed to staying in a hotel, but the reception of this is long the least requested and polite. So we do not indicate to anyone!

Excellent option to regain strength and continue traveling.

Excellent hotel , with rich aroma throughout. Upon arrival, there is the option to pay for parking under the building.It is modern in construction, the staff very polite and attentive.
Very quiet rooms, everything clean, lovely furniture.
It is an ideal hotel for rest and business.
It's not close to BR 101, but I highly recommend it.
