Relaxed Hotel

The hotel is relaxed, has a more modern and jovial decor, the staff are polite and helpful, the elevators work well, the cleanliness is perfect and there are all kinds of snacks to sell. Breakfast is good, but not varied. They also offer delicious dinner. The Academy leaves a lot to be desired, it only has a mattress, elliptic, alters, ball and mattress (and that's really all). The room is well functional and the bed and bedding, good quality. The shower, for me is not convenient, because it only has the shower on top, that is, it is impossible to take a bath only of the body and moreover, there is no plastic touch. The shampoo, conditioner and liquid soaps are fragrant. It's attached to a shopping mall that has a dining square, but there's few shops, there's a lot of stuff that agent might need that doesn't have there. And it's quite far from downtown.

Bad morning coffee

The cleanliness and the rooms are good! But the morning coffee? Terrible!! Poor fifth-grade products, the coffee looks cha mate! All bad, a lot of people on bus, and the quality and quantity of products? Leaves much to be desired!!

Very moldy

Attention ok, however, we are housed in the middle of the mold. The hotel could take better care of exhaustion and cleaning.

Good stay

This is not a Hilton and the room was small, but it was clean and modern, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was ok.

Lack of staff!

Small rooms, are not prepared to receive a lot of people, there is no maid at the disposal. The receptionists end up having to do all the functions at the hotel and end up getting stressed. It was requested pillow the same delivered without keys, coffee machine not reception only as decoration, internet did not work.
