Not recommend horrible hotel

Hotel deteriorated, bathroom window did not close does not boil water, and has no parking indicate one that is 40 reais

Hotel with bad smell and cleanliness

The location is great and the coffee is ok for the price.
But the room has an uncomfortable bed, small, without a header which gets very cold. The bathroom is awful and nasty, smelled like sewage. The shower doesn't heat. But the worst is that of the WhatsApp guest service, they just don't respond. Ignoring, I waited for 2 hours they answered me about the shower, and I ended up taking a cold bath with 11 degrees in Curitiba.
Cleanliness, there is no, have not cleaned my room for two days, bed linen stripped and covered. The noise is also bad, the shower on the side room seemed to have a waterfall inside the room, in addition to the noisy doors that knock all the time. The location and the price are not worth the stress and thrill of staying in this place.

Bad

The only thing that saved in the hotel was the reception staff, always friendly and willing to help.
Breakfast only has the basics of the basics, poor facilities and horrible bathroom.
Window does not close and water does not heat.
Last day I didn’t come down for coffee (I wasn’t missing almost anything) and someone opened the door to my room... Yes!! It was locked with a key, it was around 11hs in the morning and someone who tbm had the key opened the door.
Absurd.

I do not recommend staying there because...

We went to spend Christmas and New Year in Curitiba. 70 years of mamae.
As a consumer we have the full right to buy a thing and NOT like and ask to exchange. My hand bought this trip to celebrate 70 years of life. Getting there the room they gave her 407 the bathroom is kind of nasty. The curtain has no blackout. We spent 3 days complaining via email, chat, at the reception. Until a receptionist found another room for her. But room 503's in front of the maid's office and they speak out loud without respect any soon. Waking up my mother early on full vacation. Her bathroom was still nasty. My room 1103 has a great view of the center. Everything worked ok. Only the bathroom was and is disgusting. Be the floor, sink and window of the 1950s. I feel sorry to complain in public, but I complained in various ways and they DO NOT give the minimum. Every day people were complaining at the reception. About a cold shower. Air conditioning does not work. AH at breakfast the coffee machine burned my fingers because there is no rubber in the tap when we opened to pick up the coffee and the hot milk. The orange juice that was the only one my daughter wanted to take was gone and was not answered. Around the hotel is full of beggars.
