Joe and the cockroaches in floripa

Many cockroaches, I killed at least 6 cockroaches during my stay (two nights). Two good things: breakfast and location, because by the way, it was a stress. Besides the cockroaches, the towels were somewhat dirty (she looked dirty from makeup, which made me think that some woman used it before and was not washed), on the second night there was no light and a super loud alarm triggered scaring all guests. Terrible.

Dismal Experience

Bad experience. From the entrance, the room was dirty: hair in the shower, sinks and sheets in bad shape. In addition, we found cockroaches twice, which represents a serious health problem.
Belongings also disappeared during the stay, without the hotel taking responsibility or delivering a concrete solution.
I even left a formal claim at the front desk (with registration), which was not properly managed.
Most worryingly, there are multiple comments from other guests reporting similar situations, which evidences that this is not an isolated case.
The hotel’s response was completely insufficient: they denied the refund and offered only a discount for a future stay, which is unacceptable considering the seriousness of the events.
I do not recommend it at all.

I went to cancel my stay and they didn't want to accept! Careful! I spoke to 4 attendants from the reservation center + hearing and had to call the booking.

Bad experience

We had a very bad experience at the hotel. Our room stayed two days unclean and when they decided to clean, they didn't even use toilet paper. Bed linen and old towels. I don't know if the service was so bad for the city to be full, but it doesn't justify.
