Although the hotel was crowded everything worked normally.,

Experience, renewed and always excellent. Quiet place, out of the center, but quick and easy access. The breakfast is very good, and the attendants are very attentive.

Structural and safety problems

Good location, good service but the structure of the hotel has serious problems. When warning the hotel supervisor of the problems the answer was that it was a long time ago that it was like this and did not give the minimum. Besides the hallways being dirty, when passing the emergency staircase we found several mattresses on the staircase that made it difficult to pass in case of emergency. The worst was to find the emergency door that gives access to the street blocked with a taboo that clamped this door with wires, see the photos.

Bad experience!

Oh, bad.
I'm writing this review from inside the hotel itself.
New hotel, 6 years.
Pool area completely neglected. High accident risk, flat flooring and water accumulation.
Without any kind of care.
On the return to the hotel, 22:30, with NO ONE in the lobby, I ordered a drink that was denied, because the service works until 22:00. However, in the fridge only water.
The hotel is isolated.
I asked if during the night I needed a “coca-cola” and told me it would not be possible. They forget that they can host a diabetic who needs, immediately, something with sugar. RIU receptionist and said: so it is different.
First and last time we came.
Very, very bad service in all respects.
Good room. No control remeto of the air conditioning (no doubt that cover to use it)
A sad and unfortunate experience, given that the city is incredibly charming.
Don't come to Dall Onder SKY.

A lot to improve!

Hotel requiring maintenance, leaves the impression that it is left. Dirty, peeling, and scaly walls. Unfortunately a mediocre experience in a city as cool as Garibaldi. They need to improve at many points such as options in the bar, in the kitchen, cleaning and maintenance of social area furniture. We got the impression that are in few people in the staff (which is attentive and kind). It does not jus the fame of the Dallonder hotel. Attention Hotel Management! You need to improve a lot!
