Air conditioning was capped at 24C.
Staff was very nice.
Room was far away from being rated “luxurious “, with a couple of towels, no light in bathroom and one blanket. There were only a couple of utensils available and no trash can in the kitchen.
Sofa bed was offered as option for bed but there were non linens or blankets available to cover the sofa.

Crab imob is bad
It was pretty bad. We picked up a room for 3 people, first that was called super luxury, the room was with a strong smell of sewage, we saw that there was a leak in the jar, discharge not working, hard mattress, the shower towards the wall so taking a bath was a mission, 4 thin old pillows and mattresses with holes and a sofa bed uncomfortable and hard, I felt asleep in a war. There we asked Crystal Place to repair or arrange a form so that we could at least sleep and it was told that it was direct with the real estate, i.e., the next day only. There we contacted the real estate, they said they would arrange a form, the person who came to arrange was well asked and explained the problem, would have to do a small repair in the bathroom. So we asked to change room (the real estate company did not prepare to provide us with any accommodation or means of circumventing the situation, we had to request a new accommodation or we would sleep in the middle of sewage and works on our holidays). We switched from room to a much older but functional, it took more than 3 hours for the room to be ready, so we learned that he did not have cable TV, air conditioning from the 80s without any cleaning, microwave not working because there was no outlet for it, a refrigerator making alien noises, bed sofa stained, stained and torn bedding and wifi not getting right. The feeling was that that room had not been used for a long time. Our luck was that the person we requested the maintenance handed us a mattress to the child part. But at least the room did not smell bad, we had to buy bedding to accommodate. We stayed in this “above the luxury” because there would be no other available and we did not have the courage to fight for it from fatigue. All you need help, a towel or any extra coverage is only with real estate, this ends up making the user experience very bad because everything you need to solve even being on holiday talking to two at the same time, there is no way to have another pillow or request a toilet paper. I don't recommend staying through them unless you're alone and don't worry about stained and hollowed bed clothes and smells. Another very relevant thing, real estate does not attend on weekends so you will not have the necessary support if you want anything via WhatsApp. The Crystal Place has a friendly and requested service but very limited and the real estate does not help, in the service including our first contact in connection practically turned off on our face, said that “no one has ever complained about this before”. That's it, complaining about the experience I don't wish for anyone.

Quiet for rest
Condominium of good access, comfortable accommodation , close to the center of Goiânia , and the shopping flamboyant , having leisure area such as pool , gym , sauna and mini market , very good , quiet place , for is with family and friends

This unit isn't a luxe unit. It wasn't clean, most of the appliances were old or broken, the sheets didn't fitamong other things
