Perfect Resort for Families with Kids and dogs
Although the hotel is not located on the most iconic stretch of sea in the region, it is very close to the natural pools, and the walk along the beach to the river is a unique and peaceful experience — a moment to fully appreciate nature, collect shells, and admire the crystal-clear waters where the clean river meets the ocean.
The beach service was excellent, with a thoughtful and attentive team always ready to assist and provide toys for children. Food options at the beach and pool areas were good, though waiter service would further elevate the experience.
Our Garden room was comfortable, well located, and ideal for a relaxed family stay. Housekeeping was consistently attentive and detail-oriented.
The gastronomic hub was exceptional, offering burgers, pizza, live music, outdoor seating, and movie nights with popcorn — a delightful and well-designed space for all ages. Beverage fridges were always well stocked, and unlimited chilled coconut water was a lovely regional touch.
Breakfast at Maka was excellent, with refined à la carte specialty dishes, although table service can be slow at times. Dinner was also very good, and our children especially enjoyed the beef rib croquette.
One opportunity for improvement would be a fixed towel station, which would add comfort and convenience throughout the day.
Overall, a beautifully designed resort with attentive service and memorable experiences — highly recommended for families seeking comfort, nature, and quality time together.
